invariably, more often than not, they use
those positions of influence
those positions of control
those positions of authority
to strengthen, to embolden and to solidify
their own views, perceptions and ways of doing things
irrespective of whether other persons outside
of their groupings of simillar minded fools?
are clear on and can produce several serious logical arguments and points
to show that the actions and activities of the fools? are
wrong
not correct i.e not proper i.e not right
and are
at the very best, on balance, pure foolishness ... extreme foolishness ...
and really nothing more than exercises in tom-foolery

witness for example
the scenario that has often repeated historically and still occurs currently
around the world
where, for example, in corporate establishments i.e in both the private and public sector
there are some bright staff ( both male and female ) who are very good on the job
and are thus in real terms an asset i.e assets to their organisations
because of i.e due to their proficiency on the job
and yet are severely harassed and sometimes hounded out of the job
by some senior persons in those establishments i.e
by some managers and/or staff senior to them in position i.e higher than them in rank
in those companies
for no reasons other than
pettiness
petty jealousy
jealousy
envy
and thus also hatred / hate of
their ability on the job

i mean, ordinarily, one would expect that a senior manager or senior staff
would like to retain for his / her company
the services of a person who is really good on the job
and in particular the services of a person who is or could be an asset to the company
yet the observation in real life has been that many times these sort of
envious, jealous, hate-ful? but influential, empowered and in-authority managers
one way or the other make life un-bearable for those staff
using all sorts of unfair means and unfair machinations
with the result that these un-fairly treated staff
when they can .. as soon as they can ..
leave the company ( -- and thus the company has lost an asset it had -- )
and
either go to work for/with a competitor company ( -- in which instance they are
now in real terms, and any which way you look at it, at the end of the day,
using the very same services that they could have continued providing to their
former companies to bolster and strengthen a company which is in competition
with their former company -- )
or
set up their own company which provides the very same services as the company that
they worked for ( -- in which instance they are
now in real terms, and any which way you look at it, at the end of the day,
using the very same services that they could have continued providing to their
former companies to be in competition .. in direct? competition .. with their former company -- )

in many of such instances
when you talk to those jealous, envious persons in authority and point out the foolishness
of their actions
they resist that wisdom, discountenance it completely and in fact
further entrench their methodologies in those establishments where they are in control
thus proving without the slightest challenge the truism that
MIGHT IS RIGHT
and the other truism that
HE / SHE WHO PAYS THE PIPER DICTATES THE TUNE
whatever you say to them
even when you demonstrate it clearly to them that
in their effort to spite others
they have done things that are clearly un-fair and clearly wrong when judged by
any court of opinion globally either publicly or in camera i,e privately
they blatantly, vehemently, forcefully and rigidly with all their might
resist that wisdom, discountenance it completely and further continue to
entrench their wrong and un-fair methodologies and practices in those establishments where they are in control

the thing to do with such fools
especially if you are in and/or of the circumstance of
one who has been un-fairly treated by them
one who is being un-fairly treated by them
is really to recognise them and understand them for what and who they are
and to just leave them alone in their wickedness?
and move on and do positive things in and with your life
as a matter of fact,
i was looking through a very interesting book the other day recently
and
i saw some very interesting verses there,
which sort of seemed to
encapsulate all these realities
and also to prescribe a response and therefore a solution and resolution
for example,
in that book it was written .... and it is written .... that:
Pr 23:9 : DO NOT SPEAK IN THE HEARING OF A FOOL, FOR HE / SHE WILL DESPISE THE WISDOM OF YOUR WORDS
Pr 24:7 : WISDOM IS TOO LOFTY FOR A FOOL, HE / SHE DOES NOT OPEN HIS / HER MOUTH IN THE GATE
Pr 18:2 : A FOOL HAS NO DELIGHT IN UNDERSTANDING, BUT IN EXPRESSING HIS / HER OWN HEART
all of which seemed to suggest
... at least in and to my own interpretation and understanding of those verses ...
that
the thing to do with such fools
